All meetings are held in the Historic Gilpin Courthouse at 203 Eureka St. in Central City, unless otherwise noted on the agenda. Meetings may be canceled or rescheduled due to lack of business or poor weather. Special meetings may also be called.

Gilpin Advertising Panel Role
The Gilpin County Advertising Panel the GAP shall be responsible for administering a portion of the lodging tax revenue fund for advertising and marketing tourism in Gilpin County.

Extra meeting material/handouts are typically available at the meeting on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like a copy of the material sent to the Gilpin Advertising Panel, please email Melanie Bleyler to make such a request. Material is typically sent to the Gilpin Advertising Panel on the Friday prior to the meeting, and can be forwarded to you upon receipt of your emailed request, but only after the material has been sent to the Gilpin Advertising Panel. An ADA accessible entrance is located from the back parking lot, which is accessible from West 1st High Street. General parking can be found in the Courthouse lot or in the Teller lot across the street from the Courthouse, when the opera is not in session.
