Human Resources

The Human Resources department is responsible for the development and implementation of human resource strategies and programs that drive and support the operational and financial needs of the County.  We are dedicated to meet or exceed our customer's needs, whether they for the employees or general public.  We believe in the fair treatment of everyone we work with based on strong teamwork and excellent communication. 

Human Resources utilizes it strategic partnership with County leadership along with the knowledge (needs and wants) of the people, to impact services in the areas of: recruitment; benefits; compensation (strategic pay and recognition); performance management; employee relations; career and succession planning; employee development; training; and risk management.
