Flood Hazard Determination

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Gilpin County offices, including the Community Center, are closed on Monday, January 20. The Transfer Station is closed Sunday, January 19.

On April 6, 2022, the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) issued new or revised Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS).
