Check Benefit Eligibility or Status

Access Eligibility Status and/or Benefits Status

The above link allows Human Services clients and potential applicants to check eligibility for food assistance, cash assistance, and family and children's medical assistance programs. (To ensure privacy, no personal information is captured and stored when using this link.). This link also allows existing clients to check the status of their current benefits. For security reasons, clients must establish a user profile and must know their Case ID number in order to complete their profile. Once the profile is created, clients can log in and check the status of their benefits at their convenience. Applicants that have applied for benefits, but have not been notified of the status of their eligibility determination are unable to determine the status of their application at this time.
