Medicare Savings Programs

Medicare Savings Programs help people with low income and asset levels pay for health care coverage including some or all of Medicare's premiums and may also pay Medicare deductibles and coinsurance.

Home and Community Based Services

Home care and financial assistance is provided on a monthly basis to prevent out-of-home placement of seniors and persons with disabilities living in Gilpin County. Provides an alternative to nursing homes.

Children's Programs and Medical Assistance

Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+)

Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) is a low cost health insurance program for uninsured Colorado children ages 18 and under and pregnant women. It is for people who make too much to qualify for HealthFirst Colorado but not enough to pay for private health insurance. Apply at www.co.gov/Peak.
