The Gilpin County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 Community Funding Program. This initiative provides financial support to local nonprofit and governmental organizations that play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of Gilpin County residents.
Application Period:
Applications accepted through August 20, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
Eligibility Requirements:
Organizations must:
- must be a nonprofit or governmental entity
- has been in operation for at least two years by December 31 of the year preceding the application deadline (may be waived)
- offers programs/services to all Gilpin County residents who meet eligibility requirements and complies with statutes regarding protected classes
- has a significant geographic interest in Gilpin County
Important Note:
Recipients of funding will be required to submit reports detailing how the funds were used and the outcomes achieved.
